Paul Sagers is our resident physical therapist with 15 years of professional experience. After obtaining a master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific and a master's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Brigham Young University, Paul started Edgemont Physical Therapy and Fitness in 2001. He owns and operates our facility and also manages the fitness consulting and health club membership. Paul lives in Provo with his wife, Catherine, and six children.
Kevin Johnson has 15 years of experience as a health and fitness counselor and trainer. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a NASC Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He enjoys staying active and is an Ironman athlete. Kevin holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a master's degree in exercise science and health promotion from The California University of Pennsylvania.
Kevin Weston has a bachelor's degree in exercise science and a minor in business from Brigham Young University. He is a certified health fitness specialist through ACSM and a certified personal trainer through the Cooper Institute. Kevin's specialties include personal training, golf fitness training, nutritional counseling and speaking engagements.
Travis is a NASM certified personal trainer and has experience training various types of clients. He has a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and is knowledgeable in functional training. He is a co-owner of Body4Change LLC, Utah's premier personal training and fitness boot camp company.
Mike is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and aerobics instructor. Mike has more than eight years of personal training experience. He has trained clients with a variety of fitness goals. Before starting his own company, Mike was head trainer at Gold's Gym for two years. During his career, Mike has helped several individuals lose up to 100 pounds. He has competed in nine bodybuilding shows, placed in competitive powerlifting meets and has played most competitive sports. Brandon Limas is a NASM certified personal trainer with a bachelor's degree in exercise and wellness from Brigham Young University. Brandon teaches the effects that exercise and active living can have on physical, mental and emotional well-being. He enjoys helping people reach their fitness goals and assisting in the development of habits that will build confidence and positive self-image.
Lisa Owens has a bachelor's degree in exercise and wellness from Brigham Young University. She is a certified personal trainer through ACSM, and is licensed in massage therapy. Her specialties include personal training, nutritional counseling, strength training, sports massage, Swedish massage, pregnancy massage and rehabilitation massage.
Camylle Katherman graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy and began a private practice as a massage therapist. She has practiced massage therapy for seven years.Camylle's passion is to help people understand their bodies so they can be confident in taking care of themselves. Camylle has organized and chaired a 5K for United Way of Utah County for the last two years. She has served as the chair of sports massage for Utah under the American Massage Therapy Association for two years. Camylle is currently serving as the vice president of education and community outreach for the same organization. She lives in Provo with her husband and daughter.
